I consider this one of the best I own, and naturally it will be worn more than others in my collection. Forget about all those modern semi-sweet, semi-bland smooth cutie pie colognes and get this instead. Moreover it is a bolt, sexy, masculine perfume, and you can wear it during the summer or during the winter! Scent is beautiful, smells like vacation, like eating a fruits near the hotel’s swimming pool that is surrounded by garden with blooming trees. I can sense a touch of the original Givenchy Insense here, mainly from the floral heart, but this one is eminently more wearable and much more masculine.

The scent notes are black currant and galbanum with bergamot and watermelon followed by magnolia and carnation with iris and mint. I understand ultramarine, but why couldn’t Givenchy come up with a little more class, like they usually do. Beginning is a boost of energy watermelon, bergamot and wild berries, in the heart softens with flowers, sage and mint, which is opposed to these, the bottom is shady and dense with cardamom, tobacco and lily. There is a tinge of watermelon, but it isn't too intrusive, and the calone is heavily disguised by the florals and vetiver. Its great to put in your gym bag, car arm rest or work draw for a hot summers day when you need a refresh if you like clean florals.Again as the case with "aquatic" fragrances, this one it's not really aquatic either but regardless i like it a lot and use it a lot too. The opening is very loud, but fades away very quickly…and has a terrible smell: nail polish remover combined some bugspray. Was excited to give it a try as I love aquatics and this seemed unique for the genre, but it's really not very good at all.

Like many fine things, it took me time to acquire the taste, from a like at first spray its now a love. I also think it might be too harsh for some, but it's instantly recognizable and it's floral and woddsy at the same time.
